Awkwafina
Awkwafina was an American actor and performer who made her name with clever raps that tackled the issues of sexuality and race with a an edgy, comical perspective. She then expanded into Hollywood. Nora Lum is the daughter of Chinese as well as Korean parents who hail from Forest Hills Queens. The trumpet was her first instrument. She also received classical and jazz training later when she began to explore hip-hop as a teenager. While in the school, she focused on journalism and woman's studies. Alongside early TV shows, such Girl Code and Tawk - she was in films Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. The actress made headlines in 2018 with a few movies that were highly regarded, such as Dude Ocean's 8 as well as Crazy Rich Asians. The EP was released in June.
