Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, singer of country music and songwriter when she appeared on the television show One Tree Hill. She played Alex for the duration of three of the season's final seasons. On the episodes the singer-songwriter sang her debut country albums. The album with the same name was ranked within the top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was the sequel and reached number Ten. The last decade saw she was a guest as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and several TV shows. The singer also released a few singles that were not albums. Voices, a self-doubting album was released in 2021. Born and raised within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer grew up on country music. Later, she would pursue a recording career but she began her professional life acting as an actress, making her onscreen debut in the 2002 indie horror film Dead/Undead while still in her teens. Over the years Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights the Second season (2007-2008). Kramer was next seen on 90210 in the role of Portia Randson between 2008 and 2009, and as Brooke Manning for Entourage 2009. Then in 2009, she was part of One Tree Hill's cast in the role of Alex Dupre. Kramer remained in the role until midway through the final season of One Tree Hill. Jana Kramer During her run on the show Kramer signed a recording contract with Elektra Records and debuted the contemporary love song for country music I Won't Stop in a show episode from 2011 on One Tree Hill. The song was later featured on Jana Kramer, her debut album, which was released in the year 2012. This song landed in the Top Country Albums of Billboard's chart, which is in the Top Five. She continued to act in films such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would attract her followers. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. The album was helped by the Top Five country song I Got the Boy and in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album peaked at third place among the Billboard 200 country charts and at number 10 on the Billboard 200. After a two-month stint during the 23rd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished fourth. Also, it was the year that she landed an adult contemporary smash, with the song Feels Like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
