Teri Hatcher

Teri HatcherTeri Lynn Hatcher is the daughter of Teri Hatcher, born in Palo Alto California on December 8th, 1964. Esther Hatcher her mother, who was a Lockheed Martin computer programmer. Owen Hatcher, her father, was an electrician and nuclear physicist. Teri was a ballet student at the San Juan School of Dance and was raised in Sunnyvale, California. Fremont High School was where she was the Featherettes the dance captain. She also was presented with the "Most likely to be the Solid Gold Dancer" award. After graduating Hatcher went on to study engineering and math at De Anza College and took acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri admitted that her uncle Richard Hayes Stone had sexually harassed her at when she was just five. She also assisted Santa Clara County prosecutors in their case against Stone following the 14-year-old victim of Stone's took her own life. Stone was found guilty of four counts of molestation. He died from colon cancer while in prison
